The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Fraudulent Invoicing
- Creating fake or fictitious invoices for goods or services not actually provided
- Inflating invoice amounts to misrepresent transaction values
- Creating invoices for the purpose of tax fraud or evasion
- Issuing invoices to non-existent clients or businesses
- Using the platform to generate false financial documentation
Financial Crimes
- Money laundering or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds
- Tax evasion or filing false GST returns using our generated documents
- Facilitating fraud, phishing, or identity theft
- Creating circular invoicing schemes for fraudulent input tax credit claims
- Any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
Illegal Content and Activities
- Invoicing for illegal goods, services, or activities
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Invoicing for prohibited items (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, etc.)
Platform Abuse
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Circumventing usage limits, license restrictions, or security measures
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
- Interfering with the operation of our platform or other users' access
- Reselling or redistributing our service without authorization
Spam and Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk invoices or communications to non-clients
- Using our email features for spam or marketing purposes
- Harvesting email addresses or personal information from the platform
- Engaging in any form of harassment or abuse through the platform
As a user of PayTrova, you are responsible for:

- Access Management: Regularly reviewing and revoking access for team members who no longer require it
